Financial Documents Submission Tool


​The Foundation requests that you submit your information in an attachment as described below.

The following financial documents are requested in one attachment:


For grants that are supporting a specific project within a larger organization/budget: 
  • Current year project budget;
  • Prior year project budget compared to actual;
  • Current year organization-wide budget;
  • Prior year organization-wide budget compared to actual;
  • Most recent audited financial statements; if no audit is available then an internally generated Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Activities;
 For grants that are for general operating support or there is not a discrete project budget:
  • Current year organization-wide budget;
  • Prior year organization-wide budget compared to actual;
  • Most recent audited financial statements; if no audit is available then an internally generated Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Activities;​
