Financial Documents Submission Tool
The Foundation requests that you submit your information in an attachment as described below.
The following financial documents are requested in one attachment:
For grants that are supporting a specific project within a larger organization/budget:
- Current year project budget;
- Prior year project budget compared to actual;
- Current year organization-wide budget;
- Prior year organization-wide budget compared to actual;
- Most recent audited financial statements; if no audit is available then an internally generated Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Activities;
- Current year organization-wide budget;
- Prior year organization-wide budget compared to actual;
- Most recent audited financial statements; if no audit is available then an internally generated Statement of Financial Position and Statement of Activities;
Starred * fields are required for your submission.
