Pamela (Pam) Hays, Volunteer Program Officer
Pam has over 30 years of experience in the high technology industry and nearly
25 years with Intel. She is currently the Workstation Segment Director for Intel’s
Desktop, Workstation & Channel Group. She is responsible for the workstation
desktop business including understanding the market, forecasting, and achieving
revenues, and for identifying platform usages, experiences, and requirements.
She also is very active in mentoring both women and men to help them develop
and advance their careers and is a certified coach. She earned her Bachelor of
Business Administration from Wichita State University and her Coaching
Certificate from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She has been a volunteer with
the foundation since 2016.
