The foundation completed its giving for 2023 in October and we learned so much this past year. Staff and board now have a couple years of experience practicing trust-based philanthropy and it has been an honor to build deeper relationships with staff members at nonprofits in our communities. We’ve increased the number of general operating support grants and started making multi-year grants in select focuses as we gain experience in this area.
